VERZENDING
De verzendkosten zijn afhankelijk van het gewicht van het pakket en het land waar het pakket naartoe gestuurd moet worden. Verpakkingskosten zitten in de prijs inbegrepen.
Verzendkosten zijn te vinden als je de bonsai pot in de winkelwagen plaatst.
RETOURNEREN
Omdat elke pot een uniek, handgemaakt exemplaar is, worden retourzendingen vanwege persoonlijke voorkeur of verkeerde maatvoering niet geaccepteerd. Controleer de afmetingen zorgvuldig of neem contact met ons op voordat u bestelt. Als een pot beschadigd aankomt, helpen we u uiteraard graag bij het oplossen van dit probleem. Maak foto's van de bonsaipot zoals deze in de verpakking zat en stuur deze naar ontwerp@manonjamin.nl
BETALINGSMETHODE
Betaling dient te geschieden via iDeal/Wera, Paypal of andere diensten. Na ontvangst van de betaling wordt de bestelling binnen drie werkdagen ingepakt en verzonden. Daarna krijgt u van ons een Track & Trace code gemaild. Bij bestelling van een op maat gemaakte pot, vragen wij 50% in vooruit, de rest van de 50% volgt bij levering.
GROOTHANDEL
Wij doen niet aan groothandel. U kunt meerdere potten tegelijk bestellen, die zoveel mogelijk bij elkaar in een doos worden verpakt, indien mogelijk.
SHIPMENT
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the country to which the package needs to be sent. Packaging costs are included in the price.
Shipping costs can be found when you add the bonsai pot to the shopping cart.
RETURNS
Because each pot is a unique handmade piece, returns for personal preference or incorrect sizing are not accepted. Please check the measurements carefully or contact us before ordering. If a pot arrives damaged, we will of course help resolve this. Take pictures of the bonsai pot, as it was found in its packaging and send it to design@manonjamin.nl
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment must be made by iDeal/Wera, Paypal or other payment services. After receipt of payment, the order will be packed and shipped within three working days. You will then receive a Track & Trace code from us. When ordering a custom-made pot, we ask for 50% in advance, the rest of the 50% follows upon delivery.
WHOLESALE
We do not do wholesale. You can order several pots at the same time, which are packed together in a box as much as possible, if possible.
