Made Bonsai Pots is wettelijk verplicht u duidelijk te informeren over welke privacygevoelige gegevens wij verzamelen en met welk doel. Dit volgt uit de Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens 25-05-2018.

Uw persoonlijke gegevens welke wij registreren zijn uw Naam, Adres en Woonplaats gegevens en uw
e-mailadres, welke volgen uit uw bestelling.
Deze gegevens worden alleen gebruikt voor uw bestelling en/of correspondentie met Made Bonsai Pots. Deze gegevens worden ook niet (zonder uw toestemming) verstrekt aan derden of voor andere doeleinden gebruikt dan ten behoeve van uw bestelling of correspondentie met Made Bonsai Pots. De opgestelde rekening met uw gegevens wordt 7 jaar bewaard voor onze (financiële) administratie in een afgesloten kast. Wij zijn de enigen die deze gegevens kunnen inzien.
Na 7 jaar wordt uw rekening vernietigd.
Uw e-mails blijven een jaar bewaard. Dit in
verband met mogelijke achteraf gestelde vragen. Na één jaar worden de mails gewist.

Your personal information that we register is your Name, Address and Residence details and your
e-mail address, which follow from your order.
This information will only be used for your order and/or correspondence with Made Bonsai Pots.
This information will also not be provided (without your permission) to third parties or used for purposes other than for your order or correspondence with Made Bonsai Pots. The account drawn up with your data is kept for 7 years for our (financial) administration in a locked cabinet. We are the only ones who can view this data.
Your account will be destroyed after 7 years.
Your emails will be saved for one year. This in connection with possible questions asked afterwards. The emails will be deleted after
one year.
